Due to the hygienic nature of bath and body products, returns are not accepted. If you have questions or concerns about your purchase, contact me immediately so we can work together towards a solution.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. *You must take photos, and document the problem thoroughly so there is no question as to the issue at hand.
