Shipping policy

LOCAL PICKUP: Use the discount code LOCAL to zero out shipping costs. If you live out of state, and need your item shipped, do not use this option - your order will be cancelled. Only use the local pickup code if you are willing and able to drive to my location in West St Paul MN.

Please be aware that I am not a retail store. I do not have business hours. Pick up will be by appointment only: you must contact me at moxieandbabs@gmail.com, or through the website to make arrangements. 

 

SHIPPING: typically orders will be processed and packed within 2 to 4 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for in-stock items. Please note that sugar scrubs, whipped soaps, and any other products that are made to order, can take up to 5 days before they are shipped. 

Due to the variety of international laws governing bath and body products and their production, I only ship within the US. 

Once packages are turned over to the shipping carrier, ownership transfers to the buyer. I am not responsible for lost, held or damaged packages. Nor am I responsible for delivery errors due to the mail carrier, or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service you purchase from the shipping carrier when you buy my product. Therefore, any shipping issues must be handled by them. If you live in an area of high theft, or an apartment complex that does not secure packages, I strongly recommend an alternative delivery location or a secure locker that can guarantee the safety of your items.
